First and only window cleaning company out of all the ones we call to call back promptly. Follow up and get the contract on the professionalism alone. Most other companies didnt call back and the ones that did just didn't care!

We had our windows inside and out cleaned and they were fantastic. They let us know precisely when they’d arrive, we’re on time and did a great job cleaning. Meticulous attention to detail and very nice guys. We’ve used a different company in the past and weren’t so happy. We chose this company based on the online reviews and would be happy to recommend them.

Most roofs benefit from a professional moss treatment every 18–24 months. However, north-facing slopes or areas with heavy shade and snowpack may require annual touch-ups, as persistent moisture creates the perfect environment for organic growth.
Even if you only notice a small patch of moss, Gloeocapsa magma bacteria are likely already feeding on the limestone filler in your shingles. By treating the entire roof, we prevent spores from settling under unaffected tabs, stopping the damage before it spreads and ensuring a faster recovery for your roof’s surface.
Most Okanagan roofs benefit from a professional moss treatment every 18–24 months. Shaded, north-facing slopes that stay damp longer can need a yearly touch-up to stop moss from taking hold again.
Yes — our treatment is biodegradable and zinc-free, so it clears moss at the root while staying safe for your landscaping, your family, and nearby Okanagan waterways.
We avoid aggressive scraping, which can crack shingles and strip the protective granules off your roof. Our gentle treatment lets the moss die off and wash away naturally, protecting your roof and any manufacturer warranty.
